About the Event

NEEHU 17 is coming up sooner than you’d think! We’re at the same hotel with the entire 1st floor and a private floor of hotel rooms also. The hotel has REPLACED both of its elevators so there will not be a repeat of the NEEHU 16 elevator fiasco. The theme of this year’s event is RECURSION! Like a spiral, a fractal, a conference in a conference (in a conference?) the deeper you go the weirder it gets. Take the idea, run with it (or not!) Experience the joy of an unexpected pattern interrupt or a delicious confusion induction. Play with these concepts to create new and exciting ways to bewilder yourself or your subject! Of course we still will have the usual activities going on, the theme is there to help inspire us to new levels of exploration.
